When BAMF first released our HDH (Heavy Duty Hanger), we intended on making a crossmember to link the two. We don't like to do things just fast and easy, so we won't just slap a tube straight across them and call it a day. I tucked the tube up as high as possible and still maintain a strong bar across the frame rails. I decided to go with 2"x2"x'120" box tubing rotated on edge giving a Dimond shape. Triangulating the load path allowing rigidity without heavy wall tubing.
2x2x.120 tubing with .250" mounting plates bolted on all 4 corners of the hanger keeping your frame solid and in place with heavy wheeling.
Simply bolt the plates to the hangers. Cut yourself a piece of tubing from 1.5" x .134 wall to 1.75" x .120", weld it between the plates and you are locked.
