Body
· Laser cut & CNC bent 1/8” 5052 Aluminum 7 panel design with 4 reinforced corners, 1 front panel and 2 sides complete the lower frame.
· Fully welded panels & stainless-steel bolts & nuts for connection points
· Sealed panel connections with in house made Butyl rubber gaskets laser cut for an exact fit.
· The tent frame is constructed from Laser cut 3"x4"x.125" wall 6063 aluminum tubing with relief cut outs for optional fans/storage, power
· Attaches to truck bed with aluminum clamps and bulb seal.
Roof
· Single 5052 .125" aluminum reinforced with 1"x1" tubes to handle loads on top of the camper.
· Havelock Wool insulation with durable light weight interior aluminum ceiling panels.
· Linear Actuators and hinges recess into the camper when closed.

Tent
· Full pop hard sided folding panels make up the tent. Waterproof, durable, 1x1 tube framed with 16 gauge aluminum outer skins (With optional insulation)

Sleeping Platform
· Bed platform can be lifted to fully lift the bed out of the way for full use of living space.
The suspended Laser cut formed aluminum bed slats create a floating like support under the mattress, breathable as well keeping the under side of the mattress dry.
