X-100

This has been a pet project of mine ever since making my first Expo Trailer in 2014. I wanted to design/manufacturer a trailer that you could build or change over time, without the need to take it to a shop to have work done, cut or welded on to it.

Having spent hundreds of hours in CAD, we have designed a completely modular design for the all new X-100 trailer chassis. This design allows for these trailers too be changed or modified with simple nuts and bolts. The trailer can be ordered as a base model and upgraded over time. The X-100 will be offered as a bolt together kit that you can build in your garage or a fully built out unit that is ready to roll. You can also order a chassis alone and build your own box. The best part about it, is that they are pallet ship-able as a DIY bolt together kit.

TRAILER SPECS

Dimensions:

Chassis tongue to tail 135.5”, Width fender/fender 76.5"

Weight: Starting under 1000 lbs.

Construction: 

Chassis is one single sheet of 11 gauge, A36 HRPO Laser cut and formed. Gusseted with .250" A36 HRPO X braces with relief holes for weight reduction. Fenders are 11 gauge A36 HRPO.

Box is constructed from 6 laser cut and formed .125" thick 5052 marine grade aluminum panels that bolt together for easy assembly and modifications. The doors are .125" 5052 as well with steel corner gussets and hinges and slide on oil embedded thrust washers. Locking Southco latches are standard on all doors. 

Suspension: 

Timbren axle-less suspension is standard with 2000 lbs. spindles or the option of 3500 lbs. spindles for the heavy builds.

NOTE: The DIY kit is a full complete finished kit without wheels and tires. All parts are included and are completely finished and powder coated with the extremely durable and field repairable polyarmor thermoplastic powder coating. No welding or painting is needed to assemble the trailer.
